Who is responsible
Aimara AG, Via Palü Daint 15, 7537 Müstair, Switzerland, is responsible for processing your data on toritool.app. You can reach us at hallo@aimara.ch.
This policy covers the website toritool.app. The Toritool app and dashboard have their own privacy notice, shown when you first sign in.
Visiting the website
The website runs on our own servers in Switzerland. For technical and security reasons the web server logs your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser details. We delete these logs after four weeks at the latest.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and load nothing from third-party servers. Fonts and images are served by us.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the language of the page and, if available, which page or campaign brought you to us. We use this only to tell you when Toritool launches.
So nobody can sign up someone else’s address, we first send you an email with a confirmation link. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 30 days. You can leave at any time via the link in the email or by writing to us, and we delete your entry completely.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable), which you can withdraw at any time.
Sending emails
Emails such as the waitlist confirmation are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which delivers them on our behalf. Your email address and the message content are passed to Resend and may be processed in the USA. Our agreement with Resend limits the use of this data to delivery and requires appropriate protection.
Contacting us by email or phone
If you write to us or call, we use your details to answer your request and keep them only as long as needed for that.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. A short message to hallo@aimara.ch is enough.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
As Toritool evolves we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
